At our April meeting, we had a wonderful speaker:
Winston H.
Gandy, Jr. M.D., who is a cardiologist with the Atlanta Cardiology
Group.
Dr. Gandy is a gifted speaker who provided an interesting presentation, which included the risks and treatment of cardiac disease. Although he did not provide specific handouts at the meeting he did recommend that everyone access the following website: http://www.acg.cardiologydomain.com/ There is a world of information on this website including a test you can take to determine your risk of heart disease, tips on prevention, on treatment and heart healthy recipes. .
