About the Event
Shirley Thomas, a Certified Medicare Counselor from the Georgia SHIP program, will be the guest speaker for the Atlanta Post Polio Association meeting which will be held Saturday, October 5 from 1-3 pm. SHIP, a state Health Insurance Assistance program, offers one-to-one counseling for Medicare. There will be about one hour for the presentation followed by a question and answer period.
