Shirley is a counselor for the Georgia Cares Georgia Legal Services program. She will include information about the Covid-19 virus obtained from FEMA and discuss information that she has obtained relating to polio. There will be a question and answer session followed by an open discussion about how the virus has affected your life as a polio survivor and possibly a discussion about Mother's Day in regard to your experience with polio.
Georgia Cares is a public-private partnership, administered by the Georgia Department of Human Services (DHS) Division of Ageing and provides free factual information and assistance to Medicare beneficiaries and their caregivers with health and drug plans. The services are free.
